Introduction of a Canadian wood-frame building with low heat loss technology, which is widely used in the United States and Canada in Mongolia.
Introduction of ICF Block technology, one of modern construction energy-efficient technologies, into Mongolian private housing construction.

Within the framework of independent housing engineering systems solutions:
Carry out research and testing to introduce an independent water supply and sewerage system in Mongolia, which is widely used in the United States and Europe. 
Within the framework of energy efficient heating solutions:
Research and testing of many types of heat pumps (geothermal) and implementation of energy efficient electric heating systems
Within the framework of renewable energy solutions:
Research, testing and implementation of solar and wind independent off grid solutions.
